Digital Downloads
At Little Happy Learners, all of our learning resources are sold as digital downloads.
This means that when you purchase a product from our website, you will receive a downloadable file rather than a physical product.
No physical items will be posted, and no shipping charges apply.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive access to your digital resources through a secure download link.
Download links are generally valid for 24 hours after your first download, so we recommend saving your files to your device as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
As our products are digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned.
Under UK consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase of digital content.
However, if you have expressly agreed to receive your digital download immediately and acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, your right to cancel will end when the digital content begins to be supplied.
Where the legal requirements for ending the cancellation right have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights will continue to apply.
We do not ordinarily offer refunds for a change of mind once your cancellation right has validly ended.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Downloads
We take great care when creating our learning resources and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you experience any of the following issues, please get in touch:
Your download link isn't working.
Your PDF file is corrupted or won't open.
You have received an incorrect or incomplete file.
Your purchased resource does not match its description.
Please contact us at hello@littlehappylearners.co.uk, including your order number and a brief description of the problem.
We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate, we will provide a corrected or replacement file, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Downloading and Printing Your Resources
Our resources are generally provided as printable PDF files.
Before purchasing, please ensure that you have access to a suitable device and software to open PDF documents.
Some resources will also require access to a printer and basic household materials.
Please remember that colours and print quality may vary depending on your printer, paper and print settings.
We recommend downloading and saving your resources to your device so you can print them again whenever you need.
If your download link has expired or you experience difficulties accessing your files, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method wherever possible.
Once processed, refunds may take several working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will confirm when your refund has been processed.
